Anna has a dynamic professional background in sales and advertising, and she also excels at customer relationship building. Her expertise lies in networking with landlords in the UK, Japan and other countries, as she enjoys cross-cultural roles and assisting overseas clients.

With years of experience in insurance and property management, Akino is fluent in English and Japanese, making her an ideal fit for working with Japanese tenants and landlords. She is aware of cultural differences between the Japanese and British way of life and uses her expertise to help Japanese tenants settle down comfortably in the UK.

Yuzuka has a diverse professional background in design and teaching before getting into property management. Having worked at a design company in Osaka before taking up Japanese language training in Tokyo and Europe, she currently manages London properties for Japanese landlords.

With several years of real estate experience in Tokyo, before moving to London, Erina has spent a significant part of her career as a lettings consultant and property manager.

Working within the Japan Desk in London, there is nothing more rewarding to me than supporting Japanese clients as they relocate to the UK and begin an exciting new chapter in their lives. I genuinely enjoy helping people navigate the challenges of moving to a new country and being someone they can rely on throughout the process. Throughout my career in property, my focus has always been on clear communication and truly listening to each client’s individual needs so I can provide the right support. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through cycling and football, which help me relax and recharge.

A linguist expert, Kaiju has experience in language training and is fluent in both English and Japanese. His communication skills facilitate negotiations and maintain transparency between Japanese tenants and overseas landlords. His connections with corporates and MNCs enable quick lettings for our landlord clients.

Kayoko specialises in securing professional tenants for overseas landlords and is regularly appreciated by clients. She is an experienced lettings consultant and also has a background in sales.

In my previous job, I worked as a manager at a Japanese talent agency, and I feel that the communication, coordination and negotiating skills I developed through that experience are useful in my current position. I also find it extremely rewarding to be able to act as a bridge between Japan and the UK for Japanese expatriates, and to be able to provide high-quality, reliable services.
