Job description
The private lettings sector in the UK is highly regulated and requires extensive documentation processes. As an administrator on our Japan Desk, some of your key duties will include:
- Preparing the necessary documents for all new tenancies in the pipeline.
- Drafting and verifying legal contracts tailored to the terms and conditions of our corporate clients.
- Liaising with building management services, such as concierge and cleaning companies, and completing inventory check-ins.
- Issuing invoices and liaising with accounts to ensure all payments, including utility bills, are completed on time.
- Overseeing renewals and terminations of rental agreements and making check-out arrangements.
