For Japanese corporate professionals relocating to London, there is a lot to adjust to and learn in a new country. As a letting consultant on our Japan Desk, your role will include some of the following responsibilities:

  • Liaising with expats and Japanese corporate clients for all accommodation needs.
  • Scheduling consultations and offering personalised advice tailored to client needs.
  • Leading property viewings across London, offering Japanese clients local knowledge and insights.
  • Negotiating contract terms and overseeing the documentation and legal lettings processes in both English and Japanese.
  • Conducting move-in orientations for Japanese corporate tenants for a smooth transition.
