Job description

This dynamic role requires an individual capable of overseeing property management tasks and building a strong relationship with our tenant and landlord clients. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Conducting pre-tenancy inspections to check that properties are maintained and all outstanding issues are resolved.
• Providing a professional induction to corporate tenants about the lettings rules and regulations in the UK.
• Coordinating with contractors to make sure all repairs and other works at the property are carried out as discussed.
• Preparing performance and other reports covering details of the letting.
